The role of a Life coach or a trainer is not merely to give practical wisdom, but to aid in its receptivity. As you enter Spiegel’s Training room, Sathya – our Life Coach, greets all with a gracious smile. Right from the word go, Sathya takes them aboard for the Journey of Transformation and he conducts his sessions not just from his mind, but also from his heart.
Sooner than later, most of them begin to feel like a child in his class, eyes wide open, ears all tuned to his words of wisdom. He sees each and every student as a true miracle of life with limitless potential, and most importantly teaches us to recognize our own undeveloped potential.
There is never a dull moment in any of his sessions, as they are filled with lively examples, fitting stories, and appropriate music. Yes, you heard it right, music. It plays an integral part of all his sessions. It plainly elevates one’s learning experience.
Sathya is always aware of the pulse of his students and uses the right body language to keep them engaged in the topic of discussion. He uses energetic and relevant examples, transports the class to that scene, depicting it not as an image on the screen but by altering his body language. We always heard that action speaks louder than words; one can see it come alive in Spiegel’s training room.
